You need

Good to know: One serving each; salt, pepper, water and a little butter or oil for the pan are free.

What to do

  1. Heat a little oil in a pan over medium.
  2. Press the hash flat, finger-thick, and leave it alone 5 min.
  3. Turn it in pieces when brown and crisp.
  4. Make a hollow, crack in the egg, cover, lower the heat a little and cook 3-4 min, until the white is set and the yolk firm.
