This site doesn't use tracking cookies or advertising trackers.

Visit counts

We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which tells us how many people read each page and roughly which country they are in. It sets no cookies and doesn't identify you or follow you to other sites.

If you sign up for emails

We keep your email address so we can send you recipes. Our email service (Kit) stores it for us. We never sell it or share it with anyone else. Every email has a link to unsubscribe, and once you click it you won't get any more.

If you buy the cookbook

The cookbook is sold through Gumroad, which handles the payment and your details under its own privacy policy. We never see your card details.

Videos

Where a page shows a YouTube video, it uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, so YouTube doesn't set cookies until you press play.
