Minestrone

Five ingredients
From frozen, 30 min

You need

Bag: 1 can diced tomatoes
1 can white beans, drained
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
½ cup frozen onion
1 tsp each jarred garlic and Italian seasoning

Good to know: Each bag feeds two.

What to do

Frozen block into 3 cups broth, lid on, break it up as it softens.
At the boil, ½ cup small pasta, about 10 min.
